About

Metaforge is a growing business that began in May 2018 for creators, by creators to empower freelance artist, designers, and creators to work in a way that nurtures their unique work style and vision.

Our Creed

We believe that aside from all the categories anyone can assign themselves, there's one differentiation that strikes one of the deepest chords of our nature as humans: being either a creator, or a consumer. Metaforge and the creators we work with have made it our mission to create more than we consume. We believe that creating something that didn't exist the day before is something special that everyone not only does already, but a habit that should be nurtured and cultivated.

At Metaforge, we seek to encourage creativity in all forms. Not only creative writing, illustration, design or music, but also in creating information systems, programming, architecture, blogging, videography, and more. We want you to know that if you made something that you're passionate about and want to keep making, we're here to help.

As a part of this mission, we operate an online store that sells only original works by the creators we work with, if they're kind enough to share. We share profits with the creators and take care of most of the administrative overhead involved with selling online. Please feel free to take a look at our growing catalog to see if there's anything that catches your eye.

Shane Conroy | Owner, CEO

Shane began his career in technology through his infatuation with computers and problem solving. A self taught coder and programmer, Shane has spent years advancing his status by continually seeking knowledge and practicing the various languages and growth of modern computing and coding. After making his mark in the computing industry, Shane began reflecting on his art throughout the years and became determined to bridge the gap between his passions by creating Metaforge to help support local artists in the daily growth of technology.

Shane spends his free time educating others on how to code, alongside spending time with fellow artists, talking about their creations and sharing artwork.
